Discussing the challenges and opportunities in snow and mountain tourism as well as evaluating new business models and the need to incorporate innovative and sustainable practices are the main objectives of the 9^th World Congress on Snow and Mountain Tourism. The event, organized by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) and the Government of Andorra, will take place in Sant Julià de Lòria, Andorra, on 2-4 March. 

UNWTO Secretary-General, Taleb Rifai, expressed today, on the behalf of UNWTO, his deep sadness at the passing of Mr Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Secretary-General of the United Nations between 1992 and 1996.
